fab‘rik Founder, Dana Spinola, was taught from a young age that if you love what you do you will never work a day in your life.
This mantra inspired her to leave Corporate America and open her ﬁrst clothing boutique in 2002. The mission behind fab’rik’s ﬁrst boutique was to create a place where everyone could afford to feel beautiful which meant high style with heart, no attitude or sticker shock.
There were two major challenges that needed a solution in order to create an increase in online sales. The first was to create a digital ad marketing campaign with the ideal audience and reach to make sure we were putting the right product in front of the right customer. The second was to update the existing website for increased site speed as well as a better overall user experience to encourage user to shop the site longer, spend more and have fewer abandoned carts.
Even though their existing website wasn’t perfect, we wanted to get a jump start on building audiences and bringing in additional sales while we designed and developed their new site. Building out the right ad campaign audience was key to making this campaign jump from the start and have lasting ROAS success. Once the new website was finished and the user experience was upgraded all the pieces fell together.

Our return on ad spend doubled from what it was. While we initially hired them for simple digital ads, they’re an unbelievably trustworthy company, and they used their knowledge to determine why we weren’t getting more sales in general. They did the digital ads, but then were also able to help us identify the other gaps in our experience.
